The Systemic Creative Organisational Development Programme is unlike any development training or workshop you have ever experienced! This is a tour-de-force of pioneering ideas from business, biology, chemistry, psychology, sociology and hard-won experience. We put it together to form a cohesive thought-platform and tool box for effecting powerful change and dramatically increasing creativity, productivity, wellbeing and resilience for any organisation. It is a mixture of educational learning, group activities and games designed to spark and embed understanding and to facilitate expanded thinking. This programme is open to all, from any background or organisation, and is the 3 day version.
